摘要
以金莲花种子为试验材料,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等生理指标,研究了不同温度条件对金莲花种子萌发的影响。结果表明：20-25℃是金莲花种子萌发的最佳温度范围,低温和高温都会对其萌发产生抑制作用。
Taking Trollius chinensis Bunge as experimental material,the germination rate, germination potential and germination index as the physical signs,we studied the influence of different temperature.The results showed that the best germination temperature is 20-25℃,low and hign temperature both can contral its germination.
