摘要
目的了解新护士核心能力状况,为新护士早期职业规划及规范化培训提供指导和依据。方法采用整群抽样对258名新护士运用注册护士核心能力量表进行问卷调查。结果新护士核心能力总分为(2.89±0.50)分,伦理/法律实践维度得分最高,评判性思维/科研能力维度得分最低;本科及以上学历、轮转科室数多、已婚的新护士核心能力相对更佳。结论新护士核心能力水平相比高年资护士有待提高,评判性思维、教育咨询、专业发展等方面的培养和积累有待加强。
Objective To investigate the core competence status of new nurses,so as to provide reference for their early career planning and training.Methods Totally,258 new nurses were investigated by the China Registered Nurse Care Competence Scare( CIRN),based on cluster sampling. Results The overall score of new nurses’ core competence was( 2. 89 ± 0. 50),among which ethical / legal practice was in the highest scores,while critical thinking / science research capability in the lowest. Nurses who had bachelor degree or above,had rotated in more departments and married showed a relatively higher core competence. Conclusion Core competence of new nurses needs to be improved compared with senior nurses,especially in the aspects of critical thinking,education and consultation,professional development,which should be strengthened training.
