摘要
目的分析使用黄连解毒汤类方治疗胃脘痛的配伍用药规律。方法采用数据挖掘法对收集的836例处方进行整理、挖掘、分析,总结药物配伍变化。结果通过数据挖掘得到临床与黄连解毒汤类方配伍最多的中药类别依次为理气药、化湿药、化痰止咳药、补虚药、清热药,并从45味高频次使用的单味中药中提取了6个公因子。结论经中医辨证施治后黄连解毒汤类方可配伍不同公因子应用于不同类型的胃脘痛。
Objective To analyze the rules of prescription that Huang lian jie du tang treat stomachache.Methods Collecting,analyzing and summarizing the modification and combination from the materials were collected from 836 prescriptions by the data mining software.Results The top five drugs which combination Huang lian jie du tang are Qi-regulating Druds,Resolving dampness Drugs,Antiasthmetics,Tonify deficiency Drugs and Heat-clearing Drugs,6 factors were extracted from 45 herbs which are the most commonly used.Conclusion Huang lian jie du tang could combine with different factors to treating every typle stomachache though Syndrome Differentiation Treatment.
