摘要
军营文化和警营文化都是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分,是民族的、科学的、先进的社会主义特色文化,它们虽然所隶属和服务的组织不同,追根溯源,它们之间并不是孤立存在的,而是源于传统文化且相互依赖、互为表里的有机整体。把军营文化久经磨练的思想内涵与现代警队的文化建设紧密联系起来,寻找二者契合点,促进双方的相互融合和彼此借鉴,更好的为各自的队伍建设服务。
Police culture and military culture, which are the important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristic, is national, scientific and advanced. Police and military culture are extracted from the Chinese traditional culture which has lasted for thousand years. With the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, the development and construction of them are deeply branded with the step of modem- ization. After all, belonging to different service organization, they exist in and depend on each other like an organic. For better service to their respective team construction, we should combine the lean thinking connotation of military culture with the modem construction of police culture closely to search for the correspond-ency of them that to promote mutual blending and borrowing from each other.
