摘要
近年来,随着糖尿病人群不断呈上升趋势,糖尿病肾病作为其常见并发症之一,患病率也在逐年增加,成为导致慢性肾脏病甚至肾衰竭的主要原因。早期的发现与治疗,成为糖尿病早期肾病治愈及疾病转归的关键。本文旨在总结赵泉霖教授运用中医药治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床经验。赵教授认为本病中医病位主在肾,多证属气阴两虚,当以益气滋阴为原则,方以都气丸加减随证治之。文中佐以临床验案,以资佐证。
In recent years, with the rising trend of diabetes, diabetic nephropathy, as one of the common complications, the preva-lence rate is increasing year by year, which has become the main cause of chronic kidney disease and even kidney failure. Early dis-covery and treatment is the key to the cure of early diabetic nephropathy and the prognosis of the disease. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the clinical experience of Professor Zhao Quanlin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria with traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Zhao believed that this disease locates in deficiency of kidney yin, and mostly belongs to the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency. Duqi pill, which is principled by invigorating qi and nourishing yin, is the treatment method in clinical trials.This article will support the evidences with the clinical experience.
