摘要
冯志海教授是河南中医药大学第一附属医院主任医师、硕士研究生导师、内分泌科主任,临床经验丰富,擅长治疗内分泌系统疾病,对湿热型肥胖的治疗多获良效,本文选取冯教授治疗湿热型肥胖的验案2则,对其治疗该病的临证经验进行总结,并对其常用方剂三仁汤和黄连温胆汤进行剖析,以期对该病的治疗提供参考。
Professor Feng Zhihai is chief physician, master＇s tutor, director of the department of endocrinology in the first affiliated hospital of Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine, has clinical experience, specializes in the treatment of diseases of the endocrine system, and good effect has been obtained in the treatment of dampness-heat obesity. This paper selected two proved cases of Professor Feng in the treatment of dampness-heat obesity. The clinical experience in the treatment of the the disease was summa-rized, and the commonly used prescription of Sanren decoction and Huanglian Wendan decoction were analyzed, in order to provide reference for the treatment of the disease.
