摘要
目的探析慢性肾小球肾炎采用补阳还五汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月—2016年1月收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者90例为研究对象,随机分为2组,其中给予对照组常规治疗,而观察组则运用补阳还五汤加减治疗,对比2组疗效。结果治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的中医证候积分明显下降,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的治疗有效率高,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05);同时,2组肾功能指标对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予慢性肾小球肾炎患者补阳还五汤治疗,可以改善肾功能,提高治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified B uyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 90 eases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional therapy. The observation group was given modified Buyang Huanwu decoction. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results Before treatment, TCM syn- drome integral between the two groups had no significance （P〉0.05）. After treatment, comparing with the control group, the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly decreased, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Comparing with the control group, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher, and the difference was significant between the groups （P〈0.05）. At the same time, the renal function index between the two groups had difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can improve renal function and the therapeutic effect, and is worthy of promotion.
