摘要
便于学生理解和分析晶闸管的强制关断技术,强化理论结合实践的能力培养,搭建了晶闸管强制关断分析系统的实验平台。系统电路基于强制关断技术原理,源于晶闸管控制投切的电能质量调节装置。仿真系统在MATLAB软件环境下完成,实验平台通过数字信号处理器DSP28335为核心的控制系统判断并控制晶闸管阳阴极承受的电压,实现晶闸管的强制关断。通过强制关断技术在变流器装置中的实际应用,以及仿真实验的分析,直观地展示了晶闸管强制关断的过程和现象。通过训练,能够有效提升学生的实践能力和分析能力,促进产学研的结合培养。
In order to facilitate students to understand and analyze thyristor compulsory turn-off technology,the analysis system of the experimental platform for thyristor compulsory turn-off are set up to strengthen the ability training of combining theory with practice. The system circuit is based on the principle of compulsory turn-off,which is based on the power quality conditioner of thyristor switching.The simulation system is completed in MATLAB software environment. The experimental platform determines thyristor voltage between anode and cathode through the control system taking digital signal processor DSP28335 as the core. The practical application of the compulsory turn-off technology in the converter device,along with simulation and experimental analysis,visually shows the process and phenomenon of thyristor compulsory turn-off. The students' practical ability and analysis ability can be effectively improved through the training. And it promotes the combination of producing,learning and researching.
