摘要
目的研究分析孕妇和围产儿受到妊娠合并糖尿病的临床影响情况。方法 2012年6月—2015年9月该院接收的75例妊娠合并糖尿病患者和75例单纯妊娠孕妇来进行研究分析,前者作为实验组,后者作为对照组。对比分析两组孕妇的临床产后合并症发生几率,分娩方式,围产儿的并发症情况。结果实验组的孕妇产后并发症几率30.66%、围产儿并发症几率35.99%、剖宫产几率78.67%,对照组为10.67%、12.00%、34.67%,实验组高于对照组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并糖尿病对孕妇和围生儿的并发症几率、剖宫产几率、围生儿并发症具有提升作用,因此,临床中需要对其引起重视,对孕妇积极诊断,保障孕妇和产儿的健康。
Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of pregnancy combined with diabetes on the delivery women and perinatal infants. Methods 75 cases of patients with pregnancy combined with diabetes and 75 cases of simple pregnant women admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2015 were selected for research and analysis, the former was used as the experimental group, and the latter was used as the control group, and the incidence rate of complications, delivery ways and complications of perinatal infants were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications after delivery, incidence rate of complications of the perinatal infants and cesarean delivery rate were respectively 30.66%, 35.99%and 78.67% in the experimental group, which were higher than those in the control group（10.67%,12.00%,34.67%）, and the results had statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pregnancy combined with diabetes has an improvement effect on the incidence rate of complications and cesarean delivery and complication of perinatal infants, therefore, we should pay attention to it and actively diagnose the delivery women and ensure the health of delivery women and infants.
