摘要
目的对糖尿病周围神经病变患者接受针灸治疗后,其神经传导功能所受的影响。方法根据该院2015年2—8月收治的70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者来进行研究分析,对照组患者接受神经病变基础治疗,治疗组接受基础治疗外,还是用了针灸治疗。经过治疗,对患者的神经传导功能进行对比分析。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率要比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的神经传导功能优于对照组患者的神经传导功能(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者接受针灸干预治疗,其临床治疗有效率比较高,患者的生活质量改善明显,临床中可以推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture on the nerve conduction function of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy. Methods 70 cases of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2015 were analyzed and the control group adopted the neuropathy basic treatment, while the treatment group adopted the acupuncture treatment on the basis of the basic treatment, and after treatment, the nerve conduction function of patients was compared and analyzed. Results The clinical treatment effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the nerve conduction function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment effective rate of acupuncture intervention for patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy is higher, and it can obviously improve the quality of life of patients, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.
