摘要
目的:研究分析输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术围手术期的护理措施。方法:选取我院2013年3月~2016年3月期间治疗的输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术患者共110例进行研究分析。将患者随机分为研究组70例、对照组40例。研究组选用围手术期综合护理方法,对照组选用常规护理方法。治疗后分别对两组患者术后并发症、复发率的数据进行比对。结果:研究组患者的手术时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症发生率和复发率数值明显低于对照组,两组之间比较存在的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的总满意度(93.85%)显著优于对照组(80%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期的综合护理措施,对于输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术的临床治疗有很大帮助,减少术后并发症的发生,并且降低复发率。
Objective：To study the perioperative nursing care of holmium laser lithotripsy with soft ureteroscope.Methods：110 patients with holmium laser lithotripsy who underwent ureteroscopy during March 2013 to March 2016 were selected and analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the study group and the control group.Study group of 70 patients,40 patients in the control group.In the study group,the perioperative nursing method was used,and the control group was chosen routine nursing method.After treatment,the data of the postoperative complications and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results：The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction degree of the study group was 93.85%,and the total satisfaction degree of the control group was 80%.The satisfaction degree of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Perioperative comprehensive nursing care is helpful for the clinical treatment of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.It can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and reduce the recurrence rate.
