摘要
总结近年来采用子午流注针法治疗冠心病的国内研究文献,从子午流注针法治疗冠心病的机制、临床应用以及存在质疑等方面进行了相关综述。结果发现,子午流注针法治疗冠心病的近期疗效肯定,但远期临床疗效尚不确切,有待于建立子午流注针法治疗冠心病的标准化路径,进一步规范临床实践,并加强循证医学研究证实其疗效及安全性。
To summarize the literatures on the treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD） by acupuncture based on midnight noon cycle （Acu MN） in the recent years,and to analyze the mechanism,clinical application and potential questions. Acu MN showed favorable short term effect,while the long term clinical effectiveness was still unclear. It needs to further standardize clinical prac-tice by establishing clinical pathway of Acu MN in treating CHD and demonstrate its therapeutic effect and safety by strengthening evidence based medicine.
