摘要
文章分析了影响对于热连轧机组飞剪剪切精度的原因,提出了对于飞剪来料头尾进行准确跟踪的方法,以及对于来料头尾跟踪运用时间窗口的概念并利用检测元件校准的措施。
The paper analyzed the reasons which affects cutting accuracy of crop shear tracking system for 1750 hot strip mill , put fonvard the method of accurate tracking for incoming end of crop shear, and improved for incoming head and tail tracking using the concept of time window and the detection element calibration measures.
