铁路是我国重要的运输部门,承担着我国运输行业的重要任务。铁路企业政工人员承担着铁路企业的思想政治教育和人才培养工作,因此,政工干部素质直接决定了政工工作的效率,要加强铁路企业政工干部素质建设,提升铁路企业的综合能力。
