摘要
党中央制定"一带一路"战略,致富沿线各族人民是对"西部大开发"战略的创新发展,培养西部少数民族人才是落实"一带一路"战略的重要一环。江南影视艺术学院免学费招收西部少数民族大学生进行专业培养,为东部发达地区支援西部民族教育树立了榜样,也为"一带一路"的致富观提供了理论建构的典型。文章对该案例实施的效果进行了描述。
As the CPC Central Committee formulated the strategy of ＂One Belt-One Road＂ to enrich people of all ethnic groups along ＂One Beh-One Road＂ which plays a very important role in implementing ＂Western Development＂ strategy and cultivating talents of ethnic minorities in Western China. Jiangnan Film and Television Art College exempted tuition for students of ethnic minorities, which not only set an example for developed eastern region to support the education of ethnic minorities in Western China, but also provides a typical theoretical structure for the enriching view of ＂One Belt-0ne Road＂. This paper describes and studies the implementation effect of the case.
