摘要
调查发现女性农民工面临就业质量差、就业服务不完善、缺乏劳动保护、社会保险参保率低、参保意识薄弱等就业保障问题。文章提出注重就业保障政策中的性别差异、形成多元化的就业服务渠道、加强女性农民工的公共就业培训、搭建女性农民工维权平台、加强女性农民工对职业规划的认识与重视的建议来解决女性农民工的就业保障问题,维护女性的合法权益。
The survey found that women migrant workers face employment security problems such as poor employmentquality, imperfect employment services, lack of labor protection, low participation rate of social insurance and weakconsciousness of participating insurance.This paper proposed to pay attention to gender differences in employmentsecurity policies, to form diversified employment service channels, to strengthen public employment training of womenmigrant workers, to build rights protection platforms of women migrant workers, and to increase the awareness andattention to career planning of women migrant workers, in order to solve the problems of the employment security ofwomen migrant workers and to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
