摘要
近年来,为推动创新创业事业发展,在政策红利及市场虹吸的双重效用下,众创空间出现了井喷式发展,而其中多数众创空间在其运营发展中暴露的问题也日益凸显。文章总结了多数众创空间存在的入驻项目少、专业运营管理人员不足、创业服务不专业、战略规划模糊4类共性问题,并针对这些共性问题进行分析,提出了相应的措施及建议,以期为相关众创空间的运营及发展提供参考与借鉴。
In recent years, to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship, a lot of maker spaces haveemerged explosively because of the dual effect of the policy dividend and the market siphon, and most of them haveexposed many problems which are increasingly prominent in the operation and development.This paper summarizesthe common problems of the majority of maker spaces, such as fewer projects, lack of professional operation andmanagement personnel, unprofessional business service, and vague strategic planning, and then analyses theseproblems and puts forward measures and suggestions in order to provide the reference for the operation anddevelopment of related maker spaces.
