摘要
晋商伦理植根于中华民族优秀的传统文化,融合了中国传统儒家道德文化的精髓,是其之所以能历经五百多年的沧桑而巍然不倒的主要原因之所在。当前我国正处在经济转型的时期,许多经济主体在经营上存在很多问题。经济成功的转型不仅仅只是产业结构和模式的革新,经营主体经营思想和伦理等文化方面的因素的转变也有着至关重要的作用。晋商伦理对于今天社会主义市场经济下经济主体的经营实践活动有着极其重要的理论和实践意义,晋商成功和失败的经验教训可以为当今的经济主体的生存和发展提供有益借鉴和启示。
Ethics of Shanxi Merchants is rooted in Chinese nation＇s outstanding traditional culture,and its integration with the essence of Chinese traditional Confucian school is the main reason for its being towering and lofty after 500 years of vicissitudes. At present,our country is in the period of economic transformation,therefore,many managing subjects have a great number of problems in their operation. Successful economic transformation does not only depend on the innovation of industrial structure and managing modes,but also depends on the transformation of such cultural factors as business philosophy and managing ethics. Ethics of Shanxi Merchants has great theoretical and practical importance in managers＇ practice in today＇s market economy. The lessons of both success and failure of Shanxi Merchants can provide current managing subjects with inspiration and enlightenment for their survival and development.
