摘要
对江西省社会体育指导员的等级结构、年龄、地区、学历、职业等几个方面的现状进行分析,结果表明:江西省社会体育指导员男性成员多于女性,汉族成员占绝对优势,年龄以低于45岁的成员为主;等级结构呈"金字塔"形,且等级越高,数量越少;整体文化程度相对较高,然而大多数以兼职社会体育指导员为主,这可能成为其充分发挥社会服务职能的一大制约因素。
This paper analyzes the status quo of the hierarchical structure, age, region, education and occupation ofsocial sports guidance in Jiangxi Province. The structure shows that the male social sports instructor in JiangxiProvince is more than female, and the Han nationality occupies the absolute superiority, the members of team aremainly under the age of 45 years; the hierarchical structure is like pyramid, and the higher the level, the smallerthe number; the overall level of education is relatively high, but most of members are part-time social sportsinstructors, which may be a major constraint for the instructors giving full play to the social service functions.
