摘要
固定化酶在食品加工、工业生产等领域得到了非常广泛的应用,它在废水处理中的应用效果也非常明显.针对固定化酶的发展史、优缺点、载体材料进行了介绍,同时又对固定化漆酶、固定化过氧化物酶、固定化酪氨酸酶等在有机废水中的应用进行了详细的分析,得知固定化酶能够在酚类废水、染料废水、造纸废水、含油废水等中得到有效的利用,并且它的稳定性更强、适用范围更广、对废水中有机物质的去除率更高.
Immobilized enzyme has been very widely used in many fields, such as food processing, industrial produc- tion and so on. At the same time, its application effect is also obvious in wastewater treatment. By introducing the development history of immobilized enzyme, the advantages and disadvantages and the carrier material, and analy- zing many immobilized enzymes application in organic wastewater treatment, including the immobilized laccase, the immobilized peroxidase and the immobilized tyrosinase. It comes to the conclusion that immobilized enzyme can be effectively used to deal with waste water, such as the phenolic wastewater, the dye wastewater, the paper mill effluent and the oily wastewater. Immobilized enzyme has stronger stability and broader application scope. It also has higher removal rate in dealing with the organic material in the wastewater.
