摘要
为有效建立绿色化学合成战略,满足温和的反应条件、较短的反应时间、较高的产率以及简单的后处理等的催化体系,借助"一锅法"反应实现邻苯二胺和芳香醛缩合而得到各种苯并咪唑类衍生物.单宁酸作为廉价绿色的催化剂被广泛使用于该催化体系,考察了反应溶剂、反应温度以及催化剂用量在该反应中对产率的影响,在最优化的反应条件下得到了70%~95%产率的苯并咪唑化合物(3a-3s).
For the sake of effectively establishing a green chemical synthesis strategy, meeting the mild reaction conditions, shortening reaction time, and achieving high yield and a catalytic system after simple processing, the "one pot" reaction is adopted to achieve condensation between 1,2-diaminobenzene and aromatic aldehydes to get all kinds of benzimidazole derivatives.Tannic acid as a cheap green catalyst is widely used in the catalytic system, and in this research, the effect on yield of different solvents, different temperatures and different catalyst loading is investigated.70%~95% Benzimidazole compounds(3a-3s) are obtained under the optimized conditions.
