以木薯秆屑为主料的毛木耳栽培配方筛选及其经济效益分析 被引量:6

摘要 筛选以木薯秆屑为主料的毛木耳适栽配方,为实现木薯产业废弃物的无害化处理和资源化利用提供参考。以45%木薯秆屑、15%麸皮、2%石灰和1%石膏的组合为基础,按添加不同原料设配方1~4,分别添加37%桑枝屑、木屑、棉籽壳、木薯酒精渣;另设35%木屑、52%棉籽壳、15%麸皮、2%石灰和1%石膏的组合为对照配方(CK)。分析各试验配方条件下的毛木耳菌丝生长情况、子实体产量、生物学效率和经济效益。结果表明:添加木屑的配方菌丝生长速度最快,为4.33 cm/d;除添加木薯酒精渣的配方外,其他配方在菌丝生长势和原基形成整齐程度方面均表现较优;添加桑枝屑和木屑的配方在产量和经济效益方面的表现较优,生物学效率分别为111.4%和114.1%,产出比分别为1∶2.11和1∶2.10;添加棉籽壳配方的生物学效率为112.6%,产出比为1∶1.70;添加木薯酒精渣配方的生物学效率最低,为96.0%,但因其价格低,该配方的产出比较添加棉籽壳的配方高,为1∶1.93。木薯秆屑辅以合适比例的桑枝屑或木屑栽培毛木耳能明显提高经济效益。 The optimal medium formula with cassava stalk sawdust as main material for cultivation of Auricularia Polytricha was screened to provide a reference for harmless treatment and resource utilization of industrial waste of cassava. The experiment was conducted with four cul- tivation medium formulas ofAuricularia polytricha. 37 % mulberry sawdust, wood sawdust, cotton seed hull and cassava bagasse were added into basal culture medium(45 % cassava stalk sawdust + 15 % bran +2 % lime + 1% gypsum), respectively. The formula with 35 %wood sawdust,52 % cotton seed hull ,5 % bran, 2 % lime and 1% gypsum was conducted to be the control group. During experiment period, the mycelial growth, sporocarp production, biological efficiency and economic benefits of Auricularia polytricha were analyzed comparatively. The result indicated that, formula which supplemented with wood sawdus was the optimal cultivation medium for mycelial growth with 4.33 cm/d. Except cassava bagasse, all of formula were superior in growth vigour and primordium uniformity. The cultivation medium supplemen- ted with mulberry sawdust and wood sawdust had better performance on yield and economic benefit, with biological efficiency of 111.4 % and 114.1%, input-output ratio of 1 : 2.11 and 1 : 2.10, respectively. The cultivation medium supplemented with cotton seed hull had bio- logical efficiency of 112.6 %, and input-output ratio of 1 : 1.70. The cultivation medium supplemented with cassava bagasse had the lowest biological efficiency with 96.0 %, input-output ratio of 1 : 1.93 because of its lower cost. Cassava stalk sawdust mixed with appropriate pro- portion of mulberry sawdust or wood sawdust could be significantly improved economic benefit of Auricularia polytricha cultivation, which should be applied and popularized in edible fungus producing regions of Guangxi.
