水稻白叶枯病和细条病稻兼抗资源筛选及兼抗基因分析 被引量:4

摘要 为获得抗白叶枯病兼抗细条病抗源,对285份水稻材料进行人工接种鉴定和分子标记分析。结果表明,获得对强毒型白叶枯病Ⅴ型表现为抗的材料9份,中抗的7份;对于细条病菌JZ-8菌株,高抗的2份,抗的31份,中抗的为50份;对于细条病菌LZ-4菌株,高抗的16份,抗的68份,中抗的100份;对白叶枯病菌和至少1个以上细条病菌株抗性达到中抗以上水平的兼抗材料有9份。兼抗材料具有优良的农艺性状,其中2份材料含有兼抗基因xa5,其他7份不含该基因,属于另一类型的兼抗性。白叶枯病抗性与细条病抗性无显著相关,细条病不同菌株抗性间存在极显著相关。 285 rice lines were used to screen resources and get both resistance to bacterial blight and bacterial leaf streak by artificial inocula- tion and molecular marker analysis in present study. The results indicated 9 and 7 lines were resistant to stmng virulent V type strain of bac- terial blight at resistant level and moderate level respectively. For JZ-8 strain of bacterial leaf streak, 2 lines were highly resistant, 31 lines were resistant, and 50 lines were moderately resistant. For LZ-4 strain of bacterial leaf streak, 16 lines were highly resistant, 68 lines were resistant, and 100 lines were moderately resistant. From all the 285 lines, 9 lines were resistant to bacterial blight and at least one of the strains of bacterial leaf streak above moderate resistance level. The 9 lines with resistance to both bacterial blight and bacterial leaf streak showed good yield-related agronomical traits. Two of these lines were found to carry xa5 that mediated resistance to both bacterial blight and bacterial leaf streak. Other seven of these lines were not found to carry xa5 that belong to another type of resistance. There was no significant correlation between the resistance of bacterial blight and bacterial leaf streak. There was highly significant correlation between the resistance of JZ-8 and LZ-4 of bacterial leaf streak.
