摘要
目的:探析在精神病临床护理工作中应用暴力行为风险评估表的临床价值。方法:将本院精神科普通病区于2014年6月-2016年6月收治的100例精神病患者选为观察分析的对象,并按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组。两组患者均在常规治疗的基础上行护理干预,其中对照组予以常规护理,观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上增加暴力行为风险评估表进行评估,并行早期干预。对比分析两组患者的暴力行为风险评估分值、患者与家属对护理的满意程度。结果:对照组患者的暴力行为风险评估分值(18.65±5.03)分明显高于观察组(11.33±5.05)分,患者与家属的护理满意度(70.00%)明显低于观察组(96.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在精神病临床护理工作中应用暴力行为风险评估表可强化其护理干预的效果,提高并矫正患者实施暴力行为的力度,对患者及其家属、护理人员的安全均有重要的影响意义,值得推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of applying violence behavior risk assessment in psychiatric clinical nursing work.Method： 100 psychiatric patients were selected as the objects of observation and analysis who were admitted in psychiatric hospital general ward from June 2014 to June 2016, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numbers table method, 50 cases in each group.All the patients were received routine treatment and routine nursing intervention, moreover, patients in the observation group were filled in violence risk assessment questionnaire, and given early intervention based on it.The occurrence of risk events and nursing satisfaction of patients＇ families were compared and analyzed between two groups.Result： The violence risk assessment score of control group was （ 18.65 ＋ 5.03 ） points, which was significantly higher than （ 11.33 ＋ 5.05 ） points in observation group,nursing satisfaction of patients and their family members （70.00%） was significantly lower than 96.00% in the observation group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The application of violence risk in psychiatric clinical nursing can strengthen the nursing intervention effect, to improve and correct the intensity of violence, have significant influence on safety of patients, their families and nursing staff, and is worthy of promotion.
