弧形钢筋拉压本构关系的研究

摘要 在混凝土的后浇带中设置过缝微弯弧形钢筋可以有效适应混凝土收缩变形,与过缝直钢筋相比可减少收缩应力带来的强度损失,但目前研究和应用很少。弧形钢筋微小变形可以运用结构力学弹性变形理论进行计算,并可以利用MATLAB计算程序,以弧形筋的圆弧半径及对应圆心角为迭代参数进行大变形计算。发现弧形钢筋变形值拉压分段的特性。弧形筋的变形特性受矢跨比、圆弧半径以及钢筋直径影响;围绕各参数对计算数据进行非线性回归分析,给出了弧形筋的应力应变关系方程。对比弧形钢筋拉伸试验表明按弹性理论计算出的结果与试验值较为接近。 Using arc-shaped bars to pass through post-cast strips is an effective measure to fit the concrete shrinkage. Compare to straight bars,the loss of reinforcement stresses can be avoided. However,the current researches and applications on arc-shaped bars are rare. In this paper the micro-deformation of arc-shaped bars was calculated using structural mechanics elastic deformation theory,and then the radius and radius angle are considered as iteration parameters when calculate the large deformation using MATLAB. The result shows that the deformation character of stretch and compressing is different. The deformation character was affected by the rise-span ratio,radius and the diameters of bars. Considering the parameters above a stress-strain equation of arc-shaped bars based on the nonlinear regression analysis of the calculating data was proposed. Finally the comparative results turns out that the calculation result agreed well with the tensile test value.
