摘要
基于神东活鸡兔井浅埋厚煤层下分层综放开采实际,采用理论分析基于覆岩破坏层次化效应的综放工作面支架工作阻力确定的相关公式参数,确定式中系数在浅埋深下分层综放时的合理取值范围为整层综放开采时的2倍,并进行支架选型。通过现场实测矿压显现规律表明,修正后的基于覆岩破坏层次化效应的下分层综放面支架工作阻力确定公式在浅埋深下分层综放支架工作阻力的确定中是适用的。
Based on the practice of the lower slice mechanized caving face in shallow thick coal seam of Huojitu mine Shendong area, analyzed the relevant formulas and parameters identified method for support working resistance of top-coal caving face was given which based on the effect of overburden rock damage hierarchical, determined the coefficient was 2 times under the shallow lower slice in the reasonable scope for fully mechanized top-coal caving of the whole layer, then got the support type selection. It was showed that the revised formula were applicable for the support working resistance identify in lower slice caving face of shallow depth seam by in-situ test.
