摘要 介绍了某铅冶炼厂铅冶炼废水电化学处理系统的技术原理、工艺流程和运行情况。电化学技术在处理铅冶炼废水过程中稳定可靠,效果良好,重金属有害元素铅、镉、砷各项指标均达到《铅锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010)中的规定。作为一种新型的环境友好型水处理技术,其在硫酸工业废水处理中有着很好的应用和推广前景。 The technical principle, process flow and operation of the electrochemical treatment system of lead smelting wastewater in a lead smelter are introduced. The electrochemical technology is stable and reliable in the process of lead smelting wastewater treatment. The results show that the harmful elements of lead, cadmium and arsenic of heavy metals are all up to the emission standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry (GB25466 -2010). As a new type of environment -friendly water treatment technology, it has a good application and promotion panorama in the treatment of sulfuric acid industrial wastewater.
