摘要
介绍一种采用激光还原方法来制备石墨烯材料的综合型实验设计。该实验包含氧化石墨烯的制备、激光光源的选择、氧化石墨烯的还原等内容,采用扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪和X射线衍射仪等仪器对其形貌结构和化学结构进行了表征。利用该材料构建电化学传感器并应用于酚类化合物的检测。该合成方法简单,涉及多种分析仪器的操作,制备出的材料应用性强,可有效进行酚类化合物的检测,是一个综合性很强的实验。该实验可作为创新性实验项目,使学生熟悉石墨烯材料的制备及其应用,激发学生的科研兴趣,提高学生的科研素质及创新实践能力。
This paper introduces a comprehensive experimental design on the preparation of grapheme materials by laser reduction method.This experiment includes the following steps:the preparation of graphene oxide,the selection of laser light source,the reduction of graphene oxide,etc.By using the scanning electron microscopy,Raman spectrum and X-ray diffraction,the morphology and chemical structure of the laser reduced grapheme are characterized.The laser reduced grapheme materials are applied to the development of the electrochemical sensor and the detection of the phenolic compounds.As the prepared materials have strong application the synthetic method is simple,involving the operation of various analytical instruments,and it is a very comprehensive experiment with the effectiveness for the detection of phenolic compounds.The experiment can be used as an innovative experimental project,which can help students to be familiar with the preparation and application of graphene materials,arouse the their interest in scientific research,and improve their scientific research quality and innovative practical ability.
