摘要
目的:盐酸奥布卡因凝胶在留置胃管术中的效果观察。方法:将140例留置胃管的患者随机分成两组,实验组在上胃管前使用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶10~20ml用注射器推入咽喉部,5min咽下,同时在胃管上均匀的涂抹奥布卡因凝;对照组为常规使用医用液体石蜡油涂抹于胃管上操作。结果:实验组在给患者插管过程中无痛率达到了97.1%,一次性插管成功率达100%,鼻咽喉部的刺激症状不明显达到94.3%,结果显示实验组的效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸奥布卡因凝胶应用于留置胃管术的患者可以明显减少插管后咽喉疼痛、恶心呕吐不适症状显著少于对照组,这样兼具麻醉及润滑作用,在插管的过程中无咽喉反射,避免恶心、呕吐等反应且进一步提高留置胃管术的成功率。此方法值得在临床护理操作中广泛推广使用。
Objective：To observe the effect of oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel in indwelling gastric tube.Methods：140patients with indwelling stomach tube were randomly divided into two groups.10-20ml oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel was injected into throat and swallowed 5minutes later before indwelling stomach tube in the observation group,and the oxybuprocaine coagulation was evenly daubed on the stomach tube at the same time,while only medical paraffin oil applied before indwelling stomach tube in the control group.Results：The painless rate in the process of intubation of observation was 97.1%,the ratio of successfully indwelling in observation group was 100%,and the not obvious rate of irritative symptoms in laryngeal part of pharynx of observation group was 94.3%,which the effect of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel using in indwelling stomach tube can alleviate the incidence of throat pain,nausea and vomiting,which can improve the success ratio of indwelling,and can be extensively promoted and applied in clinical nursing.
