摘要
研究从含砷铁溶液中将砷沉淀为臭葱石的过程.对常压和水热条件下的沉砷效果,以及水热条件下铁源、初始pH、Fe/As摩尔比、氧分压等因素对合成臭葱石的影响规律进行了研究.结果表明:水热条件下易生成具有晶体结构的臭葱石,而常压条件下仅获得非晶形的沉砷渣;适当降低含砷铁溶液的初始pH和Fe/As摩尔比有利于形成晶型良好的臭葱石,但不利于沉砷率和沉铁率的提高,氧分压对沉砷效果影响不显著.在初始pH为1,温度为160℃,Fe/As摩尔比为1.5,氧分压为0.4 MPa的优化技术条件下,沉砷率为96.82%,沉铁率为95.95%,得到的臭葱石渣中砷、铁含量分别为25.04%和30.21%.
The precipitation process of scorodite from the solution containing arsenic and iron is studided. The effect of atmospheric and hydrothermal conditions on crystallinity of arsenic precipitates is investigated,and iron resource,initial pH,Fe/As molar ratio,oxygen partial pressure on crystallinity of arsenic precipitates are investigated in hydrothermal precipitation process as well. The experimental results indicate that crystalline scorodite is formed under the hydrothermal conditions and amorphous precipitate is obtained under atmospheric conditions. Relative lower pH and Fe/As molar ratio is more suitable for the synthesis of better crystalline scorodite but causes lower arsenic removal rate which is independent of oxygen partial pressure in hydrothermal process. The arsenic and iron removal rate is 96. 82 % and 95. 95 % at initial pH of 1,temperature of 160 ℃,initial Fe/As molar ratio of 1. 5 and oxygen partial pressure of 0. 4 MPa,respectively. Arsenic and iron content at precipitate is 25. 04% and 30. 21%,respectively.
