摘要
天津滨海新区面临着自贸区建设、京津冀协同发展、"一带一路"战略和国家自主创新示范等多重机遇叠加,肩负着促进天津发展、繁荣京津冀经济圈以及打造成为中国经济新增长点的历史使命。通过分析天津滨海新区大宗商品交易发展现状,精准定位其建设国际大宗商品交易中心的优势、劣势以及所面临的机遇与挑战,并结合国际经验对滨海新区建设国际大宗商品交易中心进行可行性分析,建议立足天津、放眼全国,近期建设好国际物流中心,中期建设好以贵金属为主的国际大宗商品交易中心,争取交易的国际定价权。
Tianjin＇s Binhai New Area is faced with multiple opportunities, including the construction of Free Trade Zone, the coordinating development among Beijing, Tianjin and He- bei, the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as the national pilot base for indigenous innovation. It undertakes the missions of boosting Tianjin＇s economy, bringing prosperity to the Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei economic zone, and becoming the new growth pole of China＇s economy. Through reviewing its status-quo, strengths and weaknesses, chances and challenges, and by drawing lessons from abroad, the paper analyzes the feasibility of building up the International Trading Center for Bulk Commodity in Binhai. It is advised to base on local resources while learning from domestic experience, with a near-term target of establishing an international logistics center and a mid-term goal of building up the International Trading Center for Bulk Commodity focusing on precious metal trades and its pricing power.
