摘要
采用酸析碱溶法对槐米中的有效成分芦丁进行了提取,然后在不同温度下,研究了提取物芦丁对经典BZ振荡反应体系的影响。实验结果表明,在298K温度条件下,芦丁浓度范围为0.1~0.5 g/L时,随着芦丁的浓度增大对振荡反应体系的影响不大。当温度在298~318K范围内,温度升高时振荡反应体系的诱导时间明显减小,但振荡周期变化不明显。将BZ振荡反应的诱导时间tin的倒数的对数对温度的倒数作图可得一直线,且线形关系良好,且可得到振荡反应的诱导期活化能随芦丁浓度的增加而减小,本文结果可能为芦丁的应用开发及定量分析提供依据。
The active components of Chinese herbal medicine sophora japonica rutin, can be used in clinical prevention andtreatment of cerebral hemorrhage, hypertension, retinal hemorrhage, purple Ban and acute hemorrhagic nephritis. Firstly by themethod of acid out alkali soluble active ingredients of sophora japonica rutin preliminarily extract, then using blank contrastanalysis, more in- depth research extract rntin influence on classical BZ oscillation reaction system. Experimental results showthat under the condition of temperature 298 k, rutin concentration range is 0. 1 g/L to 0. 5 g/L, increase with the concentrationrutin influence on oscillation reaction system. When the temperature in the range 298 k to 318 k, at higher temperatures theinduction time of oscillation reaction system decreased greatly, but does not change significantly oscillation period. BZ oscillationreaction induced time tin the reciprocal of the logarithm of inverse temperature of the drawing can be a straight line, and goodlinear relationship, the correlation coefficient R = 0. 998, the conclusion can be used as quantitative qualitative analysis ofChinese herbal medicine.
