摘要
采用真空抽滤脱水实验方法探讨了基于半焦的污泥调质与机械脱水的影响因素,通过污泥比阻测试、SEM,FT-IR分析揭示了基于半焦的污泥调质与机械脱水的机理。结果表明:当半焦的粒径为75·200μm,添加量为1.5 g·(100mL)^(-1)污泥时,云南褐煤在500℃下热解的半焦对污泥调质与机械脱水效果较好;经半焦调质污泥的机械脱水泥饼含水率、脱水时间、污泥比阻分别由原污泥的76.02%、124s、2.155×lO^(13)m·kg^(-1)降低至61.14%,75 s、6.943×10^(11)m·kg^(-1),半焦对污泥调质与机械脱水有显著效果;污泥机械脱水泥饼含水率与半焦质量参数(0/C、H/C、BET比表面积、孔容)呈现良好的相关关系;半焦对污泥调质与机械脱水的机理主要表现在半焦能显著改善污泥的脱水性能,消弱污泥的亲水性能以及对污泥的吸附作用。
The factors influencing sludge conditioning by the addition of semi-eoke for mechanical dewatering were explored using vacuum dehydration experiments.The mechanism behind sludge conditioning and mechanical dewatering based on semi-coke was revealed by a set of analytical techniques including the specific resistance to filtration（SRF） test,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）,and scanning electron microscopy（SEM） analysis.The results show that when the particle size of semi-coke derived from the pyrolysis of Yunnan brown coal under 500 ℃ was from 75 to 200 μm and 1.5 g·（100 mL）^-1 sludge was added,the water content decreased from 76.02% to 61.14%,the dehydration time decreased from 124 s to 75 s,and the SRF of the sludge decreased from 2.155×10-（13） m·kg^-1 to 6.943×10-（11） m·kg^-1.These findings proved that semi-coke has a significant effect on sludge conditioning for mechanical dewatering.There is an apparent correlation between the water content of mechanical dewatering sludge and the quality parameters of semi-coke（O/C,H/C,specific surface area,and pore volume）.The mechanism could be explained by the improved dewatering performance and weakened hydrophilic properties of sludge conditioned by semi-eoke and the adsorption of sludge on the semi-coke.
