摘要
对三峡升船机施工期安装的各种仪器进行同步、实时、跟踪原型测试,并和施工期监测成果进行比对分析,取得了独立负荷原型试验数据,掌握了高薄壁塔柱长周期温度荷载和日温差影响变形规律。监测结果表明:试验前后,塔柱主承力钢筋应力变化在10 Mpa内,平衡重导轨一二期混凝土接缝开度稳定,升船机弹性工作状态良好;即便在日照同侧、不同工程部位,受热辐射、介质传导影响,仍存在微量温差变形,对局部高精密部件,其影响不容忽视。
The instruments installing in the construction of Three Gorges ship lift are used to carry out synchronous and real-time prototype test, and the monitoring data are compared with the results during the construction period. The independent prototype loading test data are obtained and the deformation laws of high and thin pillar under the action of long cycle temperature load and daily temperature difference are understood. The monitoring results show that the stress change of main bearing steel bar of pillar is within 10 MPa before and after the test, the joint opening of Phase I and II concrete of counterbalance guide is stable and the working elasticity of ship lift is in good condition. As the influencing of heat radiation and conduction medium, slight temperature deformation still exists on the same side of sunshine and some parts. So for local high precision components, the impact cannot be ignored.
