摘要
岷江流域尤其是中下游区域得益于优越的自然环境,拥有悠久的耕种历史。至明代,四川岷江流域农业发展深受移民、战乱、农业政策、农田水利建设以及各种自然灾害影响,发展起伏不定。尽管整体发展水平相对于宋元乃至清代来说并不突出,但是也经历了长时期的缓慢恢复,不仅粮食产量得到增加,保证了大部分民众基本饮食需求,而且蔬果、茶等经济作物种植也得到一定程度发展,丰富了民众日常饮食生活。
The areas along the Minjiang River, especially the middle and lower reaches, have a long agricultur- al history because of their favorable natural environments. During the Ming Dynasty, the areas witnessed un- steady agricultural development because of immigration, warfare, agricultural policies, irrigation, and natural disasters. Although the overall level of agricultural was not so noticeable as that in the Song, Yuan and Qing Dynasties, the steady agricultural recovery not only increased the output of grains to ensure the basic needs of the people but also promoted the plantation of economic crops such as vegetables, fruits and tea, enriching people's daily diets.
