摘要 天然气管道输送过程安全问题,一直是安全生产过程需要考虑的重中之重,一旦管道出现破损泄漏,将造成直接的经济损失,同时诱发一系列的次生危害,例如火灾和环境污染等。天然气管道泄漏检测技术实施,显得尤为重要。分析了管道泄漏时声波的传播机理,并介绍了目前常见的天然气管道泄漏检测方法。并重点阐述了声波检测原理及定位方法,该方法的应用,为管道泄漏的检测提供有力的技术保障,也为提高天然气管道输送自动化管理水平有着重要的意义。 Natural gas pipeline safety issue has always been apriority among safe production problems which needs to be considered. Once the pipeline leakage happens, it will cause direct economic loss, and induce a series of secondary.hazards, such as fire, environmental pollution and so on. So natural gas pipeline leak detection technology is particularly important. In this paper, the propagation mechanism of acoustic wave in pipeline leakage was analyzed, and the common leak detection methods of naatral gas pipeline were introduced. And the principle and location method of acoustic detection process were discussed. Application of this method can provide strong technical support for the pipeline leak detection, and also improve the natural gas pipeline automation management level.
