摘要
通过设计一种实验用雕铣机结构,结合PLC、单片机、机械手、MCGS组态监控来实现全过程的自动化控制,并通过多种模式来对设备的运行过程进行控制,实现最优化解决方案,通过实验设备的开发进一步累积经验,对后续相关设备的升级改造提供借鉴与指导。
Through an experimental design with CNC engraving and milling machine architecture,combined with PLC,single chip microcomputer,manipulator and MCGS configuration monitoring is used to realize the automatic control of the whole process of,controlled by a variety of models to the running process of the equipment,to achieve the optimal solution,through the development of experimental equipment further accumulation of experience,to provide reference and guidance for subsequent related equipment upgrade.
