摘要
以107硅橡胶为基胶,加入交联剂、填料、防霉剂等助剂,制备了一类长效防霉硅酮密封胶。比较了不同结构的市购防霉剂与自制固体或液体防霉剂对硅酮密封胶防霉性能和防霉时效的影响,并提出了影响防霉密封胶防霉时间长短的可能因素。
Based on 107 silicone rubber, a kind of long-acting mould proof silicone sealant is produced by adding cross- linking agent, filler, mould preventive agent et cetera. The article compares the influences of different structured mould preventive agents from market and the self-made ones, solid or liquid, on the mould preventive property and lasting period of the silicone sealant, and it comes up with possible factors which may affect the mould preventive period of the sealant.
