摘要
针对耐压壳体初挠度计算过程中,由于人为误差造成测量值偏离,从而影响初挠度计算精度的问题,在利用标准偏差进行异常点自动判断的基础上,构建了基于最小二乘圆拟合的稳健初挠度计算方法。通过MATLAB将算法实现,代入工程实测数据,从初挠度计算的稳定性方面与最小二乘法进行对比,验证了算法的可行性和正确性。
Based on the automatic judgment of the abnormal points using the standard de-viation, a method based on the least-square circle fitting of steady initial deflection is estab-lished. It resolves the problem that personal error resulted in low accuracy of initial deflectioncalculation in the process of measure pressure hull initial deflection. Algorithm by MATLAB,plug in the actual project data, from the initial deflection calculation of stability compared withthe last square method, the correctness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified.
