摘要
通过采用常规聚酯与商业化的FEVE氟碳树脂聚合的方式制备了含氟聚酯。实验测试表明,制备的含氟聚酯相对于纯聚酯而言,其耐候性能显著上升,且其冲击性、流平性和光泽性能和常规聚酯接近,可以通过这种方法制备超耐候粉末涂料用聚酯树脂。
fluorinated polyesters have been prepared via a polymerization by means of addition of the commercialized FEVE resin. The testing result shows that the prepared fluorinated polyester exhibits better weatherability than the pure polyester, in addition, the fluorinated polyester have impact resistance, leveling and gloss similar with the conventional polyester, indicating that a polyester for super weatherable powder coatings can be prepared.
