摘要
Hedgehog通路是一条保守的信号通路,对胚胎发育起重要的调控作用,可促进上皮细胞向间质细胞的转化。Hedgehog基因编码一系列分泌蛋白,最初在果蝇调控胚胎过程中被发现,对胚胎发育过程中的细胞分化和增殖起重要作用。Hedgehog信号通路不恰当的激活可引起多种肿瘤及纤维化的发生。近年来,有关Hedgehog信号通路的研究取得了较大的进展,特别是在肿瘤的发病机制方面。针对Hedgehog信号通路中各靶点的治疗研究也为肿瘤治疗开辟了一条新的途径,具体疗效还需要进一步深入研究。
The Hedgehog pathway is a conservative signaling pathway,playing an important regulatory role for embryonic development,which can promote the transformation of epithelial to mesenchymal cells. The Hedgehog gene encodes a series of secreted proteins,which were found in the regulation of Drosophila embryos,and plays an important role in cell differentiation and proliferation during embryonic development. The improper activation of Hedgehog signaling pathway can lead to the occurrence of a variety of tumors and fibrosis. In recent years,the studies of Hedgehog signaling pathways have made greater progress,especially in the pathogenesis of tumor. The study of each target of the Hedgehog signaling pathway also opens up a new way for tumor treatment,though the specific curative effect needs further in-depth study.
