摘要
科学计量学被广泛应用于评价科研活动和绩效考评。它通过对人员、经费、论文等方面的考察,达到评估目的。大学排行榜也属于应用科学计量手段的一类评价体系,笔者以教育部第四轮学科评估体系为例,分析了指标体系包含的内容,考察了其中的利与弊,并就指标体系建设方面提出了相关建议。
By survey of faculty, funds and papers, scientometrics has been widely applied in scientific research assessment and performance assessment. University ranking is also a kind of evaluation system of scientometrics. The paper takes the fourth-round discipline indicator evalua- tion system of Ministry of Education as an example, makes an analysis for contents of the indi- cator system, points out the pros and cons, and gives the suggestion for indicator system con- struction.
