摘要
学界中现有的图文关系研究或偏重二者作为媒介符号的异同比较,或涉及二者功能地位的文化阐释,这些都应属于从外部展开的比较研究。图文关系问题还应该深入二者内部,把图文关系的动态变化当做研究对象,分析图文互动的差异和审美形态。通过对比各时期诸多《红楼梦》图文本,可以发现图文关系能够区分出展示关系、阐释关系和隐喻关系三种审美形态。这种划分既有助于进一步厘清图文关系,又能使不同关系中的图文表现和各自功能逐步清晰起来,目前从阐释学和隐喻理论视角出发的图文关系研究在国内还不多见。
the similarities to the external In the academic field, researches into the relationship between image and language either center on or difference as the media symbols or on the cultural interpretation of their functions, which belong comparative studies. The relationship between image and language should be studied by going into their depth, taking the dynamic change of their relationship as the research object and analysing the differences and aesthetic forms of their interaction. Through comparing the varieties of version of Dreams of Red Mansion, we may distinguish three forms of relationship, i. e, demonstrating, interpreting and metaphor relationship. Such distinction can help us clarify the relationship between image and language as well as their functions and manifestations.
