教师生活史:孕育教师价值品质

摘要 教师生活史是对教师生活的反思与升华,是对生活中的价值碎片进行修复,是对日常经验的改造与重组。按照生活史内容的意义可将其分为教师时间生活史和教师价值生活史。教师价值生活史既是对教师价值生活的生动描述和再现,又是一种源于生活实践的理论建构和价值生成。教师价值品质的孕育应以教师价值生活为基础,通过回归生活世界感悟多元价值体验,通过同情与反思优化内在心理机制。 Life history, which is an important theory in anthropology and history, has become a major research method in education. Teachers' life history is constituted by reflecting and sublimating teacher's life, repairing value fragments, and renovating and restructuring of daily experience. Teachers' life history can be divided into time life history and value life history according to the meaning of life. Key events and other important parsons compose different value life histories and value life, which, justified or not, are the indispensable elements of value character. Only by the reflection mechanism, can value character be repaired and corrected from unfair value life history. While by the sympathy mechanism, value character can be enriched and optimized from fair value life history. Value quality cultivation should be based on teachers' value lives. They should try to sense diversified values through coming back to the nature and optimize inner mechanism through compassion and reflection,
