摘要
通过相溶解度法,测定1,2-二氨基蒽醌、1,4-二氨基蒽醌和1,8-二羟基蒽醌在不同温度、不同浓度的β-环糊精(β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)以及羟乙基-β-环糊精(HE-β-CD)中的溶解度,绘制相溶解度曲线,并进行回收率及稳定性实验.实验结果表明:1,2-二氨基蒽醌、1,4-二氨基蒽醌和1,8-二羟基蒽醌的溶解度均随3种环糊精浓度的增加而呈线性增加,相溶解度曲线为AL型,蒽醌与环糊精形成的包合物类型为1∶1型,3种环糊精对蒽醌均有增溶作用,增溶效应顺序为HP-β-CD>HE-β-CD>β-CD,与HP-β-CD作用顺序为1,2-二氨基蒽醌>1,4-二氨基蒽醌>1,8-二羟基蒽醌.
The solubility of 1,2-diaminoanthraquinone, 1,4-diaminoanthraquinone and 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone at different temperature in different concentrations of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD), hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD) and hydroxyl ethyl-β-cyclodextrin(HE-β-CD) was determined by phase solubility method. The phase solubility curve was drawn, and the recovery and stability experiment was detected. The experimental results showed that solubility of 1,2-diaminoanthraquinone, 1,4-diaminoanthraquinone, and 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone increased linearly with the increasing of the concentration of three cyclodextrins, the model of phase solubility curve was AL, the ratio of inclusion of anthraquinone to cyclodextrin was 1∶1, these three cyclodextrins had a obvious soluble effect on anthraquinones, and the order of soluble effect was 〉1,2-diaminoanthraquinone1,4-diaminoanthraquinone 〉1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone.
