工作场所攻击行为与脑fMRI相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨工作场所攻击行为患者静息态功能磁共振技术(R-f MRI)的变化。方法:对23例工作场所攻击行为中施暴者和20名正常者自愿行R-f MRI。探讨工作场所攻击行为中施暴者脑功能异常的神经生物学基础及病理生理机制。结果:与正常对照组比较,工作场所攻击行为施暴者Reho显著增高的脑区是右侧前扣带回、左侧杏仁核、双侧岛叶及海马旁回;Reho显著减低的脑区是右侧眶额叶皮层、右侧中央后回、左侧中央前回。结论:工作场所攻击行为施暴者的额叶、边缘系统(右侧前扣带回、左侧杏仁核、双侧海马旁回)及岛叶的异常与攻击行为之间可能存在特定的联系。 Objective To investigate the change in f MRI of the resting state function of workplace aggression perpetrator. Methods Functional magnetic resonance imaging were performed on 23 cases with workplace aggression perpetrator and 20 normal volunteers. To discuss the neurobiological basis and pathophysiological mechanism of workplace aggression perpetrator by resting functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI) technology. Results Compare with control group,workplace aggression perpetrator showed significant decrease in Re Ho values in right orbital frontal cortex, right postcentral gyrus and lfet precentral gyrus, and significant increase in Re Ho values in right anterior cingulated gyrus, left amygdala, bilateral insula lob and parahippocampal gyrus. Conclusion There may be a special link between abnormality in frontal lobe,right anterior cingulate gyrus, left amygdala, bilateral hippocampal gyrus, and insula of workplace aggression perpetrator and aggressive behavior.
