摘要
本文讨论蔡珠儿的六本散文在主题上的延伸与开展。除了论述蔡珠儿散文的书写脉络,也进一步指出她的散文转折和变化。蔡珠儿以饮食书写获得文坛的关注,被称为美食作家。实际上,她的散文集文化观察、自然写作和饮食书写于一体,并非单纯的饮食散文。她的散文起于自然写作,而最终把关怀指向土地。她把广东话融入散文,形成杂糅的语言与文化风格,也让她跟台湾以闽文化和外省藉为主的饮食文学产生区隔。广东话之外,感情的深度也形成她的散文特色。
This article, while discussing the extension and evolution of themes in six colleetions of essays by Tsai Chu Erh, also points out turns and changes in her essays, apart from discussing the veins of writing in her essays. Because of her food writing that catches attention from the world of letters, she is an acclaimed gourmand food writer. In fact, her essays are not mere food essays as they combine culture observations, nature writing and food writing, starting with nature writing while directing her final concerns towards the land. She merges Cantonese speech into her essays, thus forming a hybrid style of language and culture that distinguishes her from the kind of food literature in Taiwan that features Min cultures and other provincial cultures. Cantonese speech apart, the depths of feelings are also a feature of her essays.
