摘要
目的探讨翼状胬肉术后应用角膜绷带镜对角膜上皮愈合率和疼痛的影响。方法采用前瞻性、随机研究，纳入原发性翼状胬肉接受翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术患者86例。分为观察组43例（43只眼）与对照组43例（43只眼），于术后1、3、5、7、15d、对每位患者依次进行角膜荧光素染色评估和疼痛评分，并对数据进行统计学分析。结果术后1周内角膜上皮愈合速率观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），术后15d角膜上皮愈合速率两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术后1周内疼痛值评分观察组明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后15d疼痛值评分两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在翼状胬肉切除术后佩戴角膜绷带镜能减轻角膜刺激症状缓解疼痛，且可以促进角膜上皮愈合。
Objective To explore the effect of bandage lens on corneal epithelial healing time and pain after pterygium excision.Methods This was a prospective and random study. Patients with primary pterygium who underwent pterygium excision combined with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation were enrolled in this study. Fluorescein staining （ FI ） and pain score evaluation were sequentially conducted postoperatively on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 15th days and statistically analyzed. Results Eighty-six patients were enrolled in this study including 43 （ 43 eyes ） in the study group and 43 （ 43 eyes ） in the control group. The healing time of corneal epithelium in the study group was superior than the control group at 1 week, which was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . The average pain value was lower in the study group than in the control group 7 days after surgery （ P〈0.05 ） , which was statistical difference. The corneal healing and the average pain value which were no statistical difference （ P〉0.05 ） 15 days after surgery in the control group than in the study group. Conclusion The bandage lens has advantages of alleviating corneal irritation and pain, and promoting corneal healing.
