摘要
本研究在构建大学生求职满意度的影响因素关系模型基础上,在全国范围内选取五所高校中大学毕业生进行问卷调查,并对调查数据进行详细的实证研究分析。结果发现,在大学毕业生的求职满意度影响因素中,家庭经济状况、人力资本和求职途径等因素均产生不同程度的显著性影响。此外,在这些影响因素之间,也存在显著的相互间影响作用,包括大学生的人力资本通过求职途径因素对满意度产生的间接影响作用。因此,大学生在通过增强自身能力以提高求职满意度的同时,更要将不同影响因素间的作用关系考虑进来,更高效及有针对性的提升自身求职满意度水平。
The purpose of this article is to study the influence of different factors on job satisfaction. It analyzes the data based on the questionnaires to the undergraduates of 5 universities and builds an empirical research model to test the effects of different factors on job satisfaction. The consequence of this study shows that graduates' family economic status, human resource and job seeking channel have significant impacts on their job satisfhction in different degrees. In addition, there is also a significant interaction relationship between these factors and an indirect effect of human resource on job satisfaction through the job search channel. It shows that graduates should enhance their abilities and consider the interaction relationship between these factors which in order to improve the level of job satisfaction efficiently and targetedly.
