摘要
目的分析鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲的效果。方法选取我院2012年11月至2015年11月收治的变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为两组各32例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组进行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术,比较两组的生活质量及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的总生活质量评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示观察组的生活质量优于对照组。观察组的治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗变应性鼻炎合并鼻中隔偏曲的效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective To analyze the effect of surgical correction of nasal septum deviation for the treatment of allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviation. Methods 64 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviation admitted to our hospital fi＇om November 2012 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, while the observation group received surgical correction of nasal septum deviation. The differences in the quality of life and curative effect between two groups were analyzed. Results The total score of quality of life of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）, suggesting that the observation group had better quality of life than control group. The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 96.88%, significantly higher than 75.00% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Surgical correction of nasal septum deviation for the treatment of allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviation has significant efficacy, which can improve patients＇ quality of life, and relieve patients＇ pain.
